Instructions
Step 1
To block access to an unwanted site from the Internet Explorer web browser, enter its "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options". Open the "Privacy" tab and the "Sites" item in sequence. Enter the addresses of the sites selected for blocking and click "Block". Confirm your selection by clicking "OK".
Step 2
To prevent the Opera web browser from opening the contents of malicious resources, go to the settings and activate the "Advanced" tab. On the left side of the menu, click on the "Content" item. In the window that opens, select "Add". Consecutively enter the addresses of those resources that you decided to block.
Step 3
When introducing a ban on certain information for the Mozilla Firefox web browser, go to the "Tools" section. Open "Add-ons" and find LeechBlock. Select Add to Firefox and click Install Now. After installing the plugin, restart your browser. In the menu, select the line "LeechBlock" and the item "Options". In the window that opens, enter the addresses of unreliable sites.
Step 4
Open Setup & Management by clicking on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of your web browser. In the menu that opens, select the items: "Tools", "Extensions" and "View Gallery". On the Chrome Web Store page, find the search bar and enter "Siteblock" into it. Activate the Siteblock line that appears, click on "Add to Chrome" and confirm the installation. Enter the browser settings, open "Tools" - "Extensions" in sequence and click "Settings" in the Siteblock line. In the Sites to Block window, specify the names of unwanted sites and click "Save options".
Step 5
At the same time blocking access to unwanted sites from all installed web browsers, go to the "Start" menu and follow the steps in sequence: "All programs" - "Standard" - "Command line". In the DOS command, enter the line “notepad C:. / Windows / System32 / drivers / etc / hosts ". Using Notepad, find the line "127.0.0.1 localhost". Change it by entering the name of the unwanted site instead of "localhost" and save the changes.
