People who work with several computers are often faced with the need to integrate them into a single network. It is not difficult to do this, but you need to have an idea of what exactly such a network will be like, and what is the sequence of actions when building it.
Instructions
Step 1
To create a domain network, understand exactly what it is. All domains contain some kind of information or a database. A common database is created for them, it is also called the Active Directory directory service.
Step 2
Choose what kind of network you will create. A domain network can consist of both a small group of computers - a local network, and a large network, the clients of which are located hundreds of kilometers from each other. All computers in the domain are connected using a simple cable, telephone wire, satellite connection, and a wireless device. It is in the domain server that the Active Directory directory service controls all the work and communication of all participants in the network. Administration takes place right there, and the security of the entire domain network is monitored.
Step 3
The connection of computers is possible thanks to the basic protocols of the TCP / IP network, which work only if each computer in the domain network has its own individual IP-address, composed of four digits separated by a dot. For example: 123.43.54.2. There is a DNS control system for computers with different IP addresses to work together
Step 4
Give your domain a name. The names have a special structure, which is clearly shown in the figure: The dot at the top is the most important root domain. The top level of the domain determines the location of the server and its occupation. For example: ru - location Russia, com - an organization operating on a commercial basis (for example, gugle.com). The second level of domains designates the company itself, which applies for the service of the domain network to the upper level of the domain, the organization that owns it and registers them itself. The third level of the domain is already part of a specific company. When adding a new domain level, add the name separated by a dot to the left of the primary domain name.
Step 5
It's easy to get a domain now. Top-level domain owners sell many free domain names on the Internet, starting at the second level. They also carry out registration, security control, and also provide storage of information on their server for a time-based fee, from one month to one year. There are offers from second-level domain owners who also sell third-level domains.
