Step 1
Select and purchase a Wi-Fi router. These devices are divided into groups based on certain characteristics. First, choose a router with a suitable internet connection. Pay attention to the types of radio signals that the router can handle. Check its compatibility with your mobile computers.
Step 2
Connect the purchased router to AC power. Turn on this unit and connect a network cable to its LAN port. Connect the other end to the network card of a laptop or computer. Now connect the cable provided by your ISP or the telephone line to the WAN (DSL) link. Launch an internet browser on a device connected to a Wi-Fi router.

Open the hardware settings menu by entering its IP address in the url field of the browser. Select the WAN menu and configure it. When choosing the parameters for connecting to the Internet, be guided by the data provided by your provider. Enter your username, password and specify the access point. Activate DHCP and NAT functions if supported by this router. Save your internet connection settings and restart your Wi-Fi router.

Open the Status menu to verify that a connection to the server has been established. Go to the Wi-Fi menu. Create and configure a wireless access point. Set the parameters of the router that are suitable for your mobile devices. Better to use password-protected access and MAC address verification of network cards. This will provide the most complete network protection.
Step 5
Reboot your router after completing the Wi-Fi menu setup and connect to the network that appears. Make sure mobile devices can access the internet.
