However, it should be understood that this is a European trading platform, and therefore the rules of trade here are somewhat different from those to which we are accustomed, it is not easy to return the goods.

Step 1
Do not think that a store located somewhere far away has no possible means of influencing you. If you ordered some product, but then changed your mind and decided not to pay for it, this is wrong. In Europe, such actions are not accepted, by clicking the "Buy it now" button, you agree to pay for the goods. Of course, in case of refusal to pay, no one will sue the inhabitants of our state, although there is such a practice in Europe, but for several such misconduct, you can get a complete ban on placing orders at this auction.
Step 2
When ordering a product, remember that you can return it by getting your money back, so make honest deals - it is more profitable, first of all, for yourself. At the same time, in advance, before the above button is pressed, find out if there is a delivery of the selected products to your country. As a rule, if a company delivers its goods everywhere, then the worldwide label is put. All this concerns the purchase of goods for which there is a fixed price.
Step 3
Paying using the PayPal service is your guarantee that the money will be returned to you if, say, the goods are not delivered. The system either debits money from the merchant's account, or (and no other payment system does this) pays you itself. It is not recommended to pay by simple money transfers - it will be almost impossible to get the money back if there are problems with the goods or delivery.
Step 4
Remember, only the seller can cancel a deal on ebay. The buyer, after he has decided to purchase the goods by clicking the corresponding button, cannot cancel the transaction. To refuse the selected product, write a letter to the seller - most likely, the seller will agree to the cancellation, and cancel the transaction (you must certainly be answered). If you have already paid for the goods in advance, first the funds must be credited to your account, and only then the transaction cancellation occurs.
Step 5
Return of goods received, but not suitable for some parameters, occurs in a similar way - through correspondence with the seller. In the overwhelming majority of cases, situations are resolved by mutual consent of the seller and the buyer.
