If you do not have funds on your mobile phone account, then you can send an SMS message from the official MTS website or directly from your computer. Moreover, both sending and using a special program will be completely free.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the operator's website www.mts.ru. You will be taken to the home page. On the right side of it you will see the item "Send SMS / MMS". Click on it. In the form that appears, indicate your mobile phone number, then the number of the subscriber to whom you want to send a message. Then type in the text (it can be up to 140 characters long). Click the "Next" button for the system to send you a confirmation code. Enter it in the field and complete sending the message.
Step 2
To proceed to sending SMS from a computer, click on the column located on the left on the same page. It's called Enhanced Sending. Then you will go to the service "SMS / MMS from computer". It is specially designed to quickly send not only SMS, but also MMS messages from a PC or laptop. To use it, download the program from the operator's official website and install it on your device.
Step 3
Now register the program. To do this, launch it and enter your mobile phone number in the window that appears. Then dial the USSD request * 111 * 31 # on your phone and press the call button. Submitting it will be free of charge. Wait until you receive an SMS with a code and click "Next". Please note: the number must start with +7. If registration was successful, you will see a corresponding notification.
Step 4
From now on you will be able to freely use the program. Select "New SMS", specify the recipient of the message. Your number will be automatically entered in the appropriate field. Enter the required text and click on the inscription "Send". After that, you will be able to see the status of the message being sent. In addition, you can set a schedule according to which SMS should be sent (you can choose immediate sending or specify the exact time). To do this, after going to the "New SMS" item, click on the icon located next to the "Send" button.
