Open your provider's website. If you do not know which company provides you with Internet access services, look in the contract that you signed when connecting to the Internet.
On the main page of the provider's website, go to the "Personal Account" using your "Username" and "Password" specified in the agreement.
Select the "Top up balance" item. The current balance of your account will be displayed on this page. You can also check the balance by phone by calling the customer service. The phone number of the service is indicated in your connection agreement, as well as on the main page of the provider's website.
