Users of the Mail.ru mail service are well aware of the situation when, having entered their page on the "My World" network, "Mail.ru Agent" automatically appears in the lower right corner of the screen. For whom it is very convenient, but for someone such an intrusive service may be unnecessary.
Instructions
Step 1
The developers of the online client made sure that the "Agent" can be disabled if this option interferes with the user. To do this, open your page on the Mail.ru portal using your login (username) and password to enter.
Step 2
Go to the "My World" tab by clicking on the tab with the corresponding name in the menu located at the top of the page. On the left side of the page, click on the "More" link to activate the hidden items, and click the active "Settings" link.
Step 3
On the new page, you will have access to all sorts of settings for the interface of your page on the My World network. Select the "Web Agent" section and uncheck the box next to "Display Web Agent on My World Pages".
Step 4
Before you leave the settings page, do not forget to click the "Save" button, which is located a little below. Immediately after you save the changes made, the "Agent" will disappear and will no longer load on your page.
