Now it is difficult to imagine normal work on the Internet without using e-mail. Mailboxes are becoming more convenient and functional every day. So how do you work with your mailbox? How to view various kinds of letters in it?
Instructions
Step 1
Launch your internet browser. Enter the address of the mail server on which your mailbox is registered in the field of the address bar of the browser.
Step 2
The main page of the site will open in front of you. Go to your mailbox. To do this, find the "Mail" block and enter your authorization data in the appropriate fields: login and password. Click the "Login" button or press the "Enter" button from the keyboard.
Step 3
You will automatically be taken to the "Inbox" tab. Here are collected letters that came to you from other users: read and unread. There is a mail menu on the side of the page. Using it, you can go to any of the tabs: Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Spam, Deleted Items, Trash, etc.
Step 4
Click the Sent Items tab. Here are the letters that you sent to the addressees. The list displays the addresses to which the letters were sent, the subjects of the letters and the beginning of their contents. Left-click on any of the letters to view it in full.
Step 5
Click the Drafts tab. Here are the draft, that is, not yet sent, versions of the letters. They can be edited and sent to the addressee.
Step 6
Click the Spam tab. This includes mass mailing letters of any type of advertising or other type of information. They get here either automatically (the system itself analyzes the contents of the message and, if it detects signs of spam, places it in this folder), or the user can mark any of the incoming messages and place it in this folder.
Step 7
Open the Deleted Items folder to view the messages you've deleted. If a user deletes a letter he does not need, it goes to this folder, from which the user can destroy the message irrevocably.
