Internet speed is a static value, before we start using it, it depends only on how heavily loaded the channel of the operator of Internet access services. We can influence it only if we manipulate the priorities of use at the moment - we can slow it down or speed it up, based on which processes are using the communication channel and which of them are not needed now.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to reduce the speed of the Internet, you, first of all, need to launch the torrent, setting the download priority to the maximum. Remember that the more files you download and upload at the same time, the more speed is spent on this, and not on surfing the web, for example. In this case, the minimum speed will be given to surfing the web, while the torrent will download from the maximum.
Step 2
Constantly download files from the web, using both the default download manager in your browser, and by running a separate program that allows you to download files from the Internet. Keep in mind that when using a download manager, the higher priority you give to active downloads, the more your internet speed will slow down.
Step 3
Open several windows in a row. In this case, the load on the Internet connection will be maximum, and no window can be loaded normally. Thus, if you want to reduce the speed of the Internet that you are currently using as much as possible, you need to start as many download processes as possible, both files and Internet pages, and leave them in the background.
