From time to time, a person needs to clean the contacts on his phone, as well as delete a profile on the VKontakte social network and other similar resources. This can be done through a specially provided service for deleting personal data.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the menu item of your phone "Contacts" or "Phone book". In the functional menu, select the "Clear contacts" option to delete the entire list. You can also delete contacts individually through their properties. If the phonebook has been saved to an external memory card, you can format it to delete all old contacts.
Step 2
To delete your page in the social network "VKontakte", go to the "My Settings" menu by logging into the site under your username and password. At the very bottom you will see the item "Delete page". This operation requires confirmation through one of the methods specified by you in the settings, for example, by e-mail or SMS. Please note that you can restore the page at any time by logging into the social network using your username and password and clicking on the corresponding link on the main page. If the profile is not restored within a few months, it will be permanently removed from the social network.
Step 3
The deletion of the page on the Odnoklassniki website is done in the same way. While on your personal page, go to the "Regulations" section using the link located at the bottom of the site. On the page that opens, select the "Refuse services" link. You will see the "Delete your profile" window, where you need to indicate the reason for deleting your old contact information. After agreeing with the information provided, click on the "Delete" button, confirming the operation by entering your password.
Step 4
Contact the administration of the site, the company that created the cell phone or application for help, where you need to delete the old contact information. In the letter, state the reason for your appeal and ask to delete your data or tell how you can do it yourself. After a while, you will receive a response with detailed instructions or a message that your data has been successfully deleted by specialists.
