Various notifications from network connections have different degrees of functional load. It all depends on the type of device used. However, it is worth noting that a large part of these notifications do not help users, but only annoy. It's good that they can be turned off, at least for the most part.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are using a mobile device with Windows Mobile OS, flick your finger or a special stylus for touch screens to the left to bring up the list of applications. Go to the "Settings" item, where you can disable this or that annoying Internet notification.
Step 2
Select the Wi-fi menu item and uncheck the "Notify me when new networks are found" checkbox.
Step 3
Download and then install on your device an application called PHM Registry Editor, which is free by the way. With it, you can turn off base stations.

Then open the application, after - the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry branch, the ControlPanel folder. Then select "Edit" and select "Create a new key".

Enter the CellBroadcast value in the "Name" field, and then open the created directory.
Step 6
Specify the New DWORD Value command and put “0” in the Value Data field, and CBMEnable in the Value Name field.

Re-create the DWORD parameter, then in the Value Data field, again, enter "0", and in the Value Name field - Enable.
Step 8
Reboot your mobile device in order to apply the changes made to the registry.
Step 9
Call the main menu of the Windows Mobile operating system and go to the "Run" menu item to disable the notifications that the built-in firewall leaves.

Enter the value regedit in the "Open" field, confirm the launch of the "Registry Editor" tool by clicking on the "OK" button.

Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry hive, then the Software, Microsoft, and Security Center folders one by one. Set the FirewallDisableNotify parameter to "1".

Go to the "Start" menu, click on the "Control Panel" item to disable notifications in the area of the same name.

Expand "Connection Settings", go to the "General" tab in the next window. Uncheck the "When connected, display the icon …" checkbox.

Go to the Start menu again to turn off notifications from the server that there is no Internet connection. Then select the "Run" item.

In the "Open" field, enter gpedit.msc, confirm the launch of the "Group Policy Editor" application by clicking on the "OK" button.
Step 16
Go to the following path: first "Computer Configuration", then "Policies", "Administrative Templates", then "Network" and "Network Connections". Activate the policy called “Don’t show the local access only …”.
