Hosting is a service for placing site files on a server, which is provided by a particular company. Today, to upload your site, you can use both paid and free hosting. There are many services that allow the user to create a website and put it on free hosting.

Instructions
Step 1
Register an account with Google, as the Blogspot platform, which will host your future site, belongs to this particular company. Going to the page https://accounts.google.com, enter your email address, create a password and confirm it using the link in the letter. Enter your e-mail and password in the upper right corner of the page that opens, check the "remember" box.
Step 2
Then go to https://blogger.com and create your own site that will be hosted by free hosting (California). Press the orange "start" button (fig. 1). To name the site and choose a template, click on the link at the top of the page. Enter your E-mail and password again in the window that opens. The browser will take you directly to the website creation page
Step 3
Come up with a name for the future site and enter it in the proposed window (Fig. 2). Keep in mind that the title will appear in the profile, toolbar, and blog itself. Now select the address (URL), remembering to check its availability. Subsequently, you can attach your domain to your site by going to the settings menu. After entering the verification code, click "continue"
Step 4
Select and install a basic template on the site. You can change it later in the toolbar. After applying this template, customize its layout, background, colors and other design elements. If later you want to radically change the style and design of the site, then click the gray button "Change HTML" (Fig. 3). Blogger Template Editor makes it easy to add any CSS code.
