Step 1
Order the service "Invoice detailing". It can be received regularly (as an addition to monthly bills for the Internet) or upon request - upon application to the service office or through the special personal service “Skypoint” on the website www.skypoint.ru. When you connect to the Skylink network, you automatically get access to SkyPoint. You can enter the service portal through the sites www.skypoint.ru or www.skylink.ru. After registration, you will be given a unique password that ensures the confidentiality of personal information and protection of access to personal account management. Also, an e-mail box will be reserved for you with an address representing your phone number (after the numbers, “@ skypoint.ru” will be indicated).
Step 2
Go to the subscriber center page to view the current balance and payments, order bill details, manage services, change the tariff plan, make a "conditional loan", apply to the operator and receive news about services and tariffs of the Skylink network. Information is paid according to the client's tariff plan.
Step 3
Obtain information about the balance yourself or change the terms of provision of Skylink network services by calling 555. System 555 is an automatic service, thanks to which customers can perform certain operations with their personal account (for example, receive balance and information about credited payments, find out about additional opportunities, connect and disconnect many services, take the so-called "conditional loan", etc.).
Step 4
Find out the balance of Skylink using SMS messages. The price for this service depends on the user's tariff plan. To receive information about the state of the account, send an empty SMS to the short number 55501. In response, you will receive a message indicating the balance. This information is provided around the clock; the balance on the personal account is determined in rubles.
