Step 1
Check the status of your Internet card personal account on the provider's website. Inspect your internet map for the provider's specified internet address, or search for it using a search engine. Open the desired site in your browser. Enter your personal account by specifying the login and password that were indicated on the back of the card.
Step 2
The card number can be used as a login. To obtain the password, gently rub off the protective silver layer with the edge of the coin. Having entered the account and using the menu sections (in particular, the section "Statistics Server"), you can find out both personal information and the balance of the Internet card.
Step 3
If you are unable to track your account status via the Internet, please contact the technical support service. Find the agreement you have concluded with your internet provider, or an attachment to the document. One of the pages of the contract will contain the phone numbers of the customer service. If necessary, use the city information system or telephone directory to find out the number of your Internet service provider.
Step 4
Visit the provider's office. Do not forget to bring your identity document and a service contract with you. If necessary, there you will also be asked to top up your card account.
Step 5
When using a certain type of Internet cards, set up in your personal account automatic notification of the state of the card balance by e-mail, SMS or ICQ.
Step 6
If you are using an internet modem SIM card offered by your mobile operator, you can find out your account balance by inserting the SIM card into the phone slot and entering the balance request code. If you are a subscriber of the Tele2 company, to check the balance, you must not only connect the modem with the card to the PC, but also run the program. In the Prepaid section, click on the Check Status button. Pay for the request and find out the balance.
