Instructions
Step 1
Find a PHP script on the Internet that generates the code, or write it yourself. Use this script for the site, placing it on those pages, statistics from which you want to get.
Step 2
To collect data, also use the dedicated WordPress plugin StatPress if you are a blog owner.
Step 3
Upon request in any search engine, find a link to an Internet service for collecting, as well as for analyzing the collected information about visits to your site. For example, the most popular of them are Yandex Metrica or Liveinternet.ru. However, you can choose any. More than ten links to convenient Internet services will appear in the search engine.
Step 4
Create your account in Google Analytics. Detailed statistics will be displayed in the analytical report when you select one or another item. This version is free, allows visits to the site with no more than five million views of the data.
Step 5
An analytical report on the traffic to your site will be sent to your mail, where those IP addresses from which the largest number of visits are displayed are displayed in the first positions. Towards the end of the list, small organizations and individuals will be located. There will also be data on the number of page views, as well as the time spent on the site of visitors and other parameters: the number of views, from where the user came to your site, data about the visitor's browser and operating system, about his IP and much more.
