There are no state borders in the Internet space, and in general there is no territorial division. Here, each individual site owner himself can restrict access to his resource, and if this is not done, then a resident of any country without visas and customs can visit the site of a resident (or organization) of any other country.

Step 1
Choose a web resource that is 100% “American” if you set your goal out of curiosity or for some other reason to go to an American site. There are tons of sites created by American citizens, or American companies, or sites about America. A website about America will most likely be created by travel agencies or nostalgic expats, but in any case, it is unlikely that residents of the United States. Nothing can be said about the location of the sites of US citizens at all - it is likely that they will choose the location of their resource based on the prices of hosting services, and not by geography. Step 2
Enter the URL of the selected site into the address bar and focus to fix in memory the moment of the first entrance to a 100% American web resource. Then press the Enter key and everything that you see in the browser window (if there was no error in the typed address) can be called the process of entering an American site.
Step 3
Use the WHOIS service to make sure that this or that site really belongs to an American organization and is hosted on a server that is physically located in America. To do this, insert the domain name of the site into the input field and click the button for sending a request to the server. Service scripts will make a request to the database and provide you with sufficient information about the site.
