Unfortunately, the standard functionality of many blogging platforms does not allow for some fairly simple steps. However, it is possible to independently add codes from other sites in html mode.
It is necessary
Own website on a blogging platform
Instructions
Step 1
Every blog has its own set of standard images, including emoticons. But some users like kolobok smileys, while others like their counterparts. At the moment, such images can be added from any site, provided that the html editor of your blog is used correctly.
Step 2
A blog on the WordPress platform will be used as an example. First of all, you need to get access to the admin panel. To do this, go to the site, move the cursor to the address bar and add the command "/ wp-admin" without quotes. You will be presented with a user authentication page. Enter your username (usually admin) and password.
Step 3
Then, in the left column, select "Add Record" and go to the html editor. It should be said right away that the code copied into the visual editor will not display correctly. The simple difference between these two editors is that the html editor has significantly fewer buttons on the toolbar.
Step 4
Now go to the page you want to copy the code from. Pay attention to the format of the code, there is bb code and html code. You need to copy the last option using the hotkeys or the context menu of the page. Copying is carried out by pressing the shortcut keys Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert.
Step 5
Go back to the page editor on your site and paste the object from the clipboard. To do this, press Ctrl + V or Shift + Insert. You can also use the "Insert" command from the context menu. To view the image on the page, just click the "View" button. A preview of the new page will appear in a new tab or in a new window. If you are satisfied with its content, click the Publish button.
