Instructions

Step 1

There are several major Internet browsers, and to remove the home page you don't need, each has its own path.

Step 2

Internet Explorer: you should go to the Internet Options menu. To do this, in the top panel, click the "Service" inscription and select the appropriate menu item. A small window will appear in front of you, open on the "General" tab you need. At the very top, you will see a field with an address that starts when the program starts. Just below you should find the "Empty" button and click on it. The address in the field will change to the inscription "about: blank", which means that the home page has been successfully deleted and replaced with an empty one. Click the "OK" button. Done!

Step 3

In Google Chrome, you will have to act differently - the developer hid the desired menu item in the upper right corner behind the wrench icon. Click on it and select the "Options" menu item. In the window that appears, on the "Basic" tab, right in the middle there will be a section "Home", where you need to check the box next to the inscription "Open quick access page". Close the window. Now, at the moment of start, you will not see the home page you do not need, but a customizable quick access page will appear instead.

Step 4

In Opera, to find the homepage settings menu, you need to press the red Menu button located right in the upper left corner and select Settings, and then go to General Settings. A new window will open. Go to the "Basic" tab, and at the very top, choose from several options the inscription you need: "Open express panel". Close the window, the settings will be saved, and instead of the home page, when you start the browser, an express panel will open, which you can customize to your liking.

Step 5

And finally, in Mozilla Firefox, at the very top of the window, you should click on the "Tools" label, go to the "Settings" section and in the window that opens, in the "General" tab, find the "Launch" section. Now, next to the inscription "When Firefox starts", you need to select the "Show blank page" section, then click the "OK" button confirming the execution of your actions, after which the home page will be successfully deleted, and at the moment the browser starts, you will have a blank page.
