World of Tanks is a multiplayer computer game dedicated to armored vehicles. It features over three hundred different tanks that belong to six different nations.
How do I research and buy cars?
To buy any tank, except for the initial vehicles of each nation, the player must first research it. Armored vehicles are researched for experience and purchased for credits. The player receives both resources in battle.
To start researching the desired tank, you first need to research all the vehicles that precede it in the development tree. In the process, the player explores not only tanks, but also various modules that can be installed on different vehicles. To research tanks, you need a certain amount of experience, it depends on the level of the vehicle being researched and its type. The higher the level of the desired tank, the more experience you need. If the transition from the first to the second level requires less than a thousand units of experience, the experience required to move from the ninth to the tenth (maximum) is measured in hundreds of thousands of units.
Open the "Research" tab and select the tank you need in it. To get a detailed information summary about a machine, right-click on it and select "Vehicle Information" from the drop-down menu. In it you can see the tactical and technical characteristics of the selected tank and the research scheme for the main modules. Below the tank's image, you can see how many experiences and credits you need to research and purchase it.
Research and purchase
Having accumulated a sufficient amount of experience and money, right-click on the icon of the desired tank, select "Explore" from the drop-down menu. This will allow you to unlock the initial, basic or "stock" modification of the tank with the main modules. After that, you can buy an armored vehicle by selecting the appropriate item from the context menu that appears when you right-click on the tank.
In the window that opens, select the level of crew training. An inept crew with 50% skill is delivered to the tank for free, a trained crew with 75% skill will cost 20,000 credits for each tanker, and an experienced crew with 100% skill will cost 200 in-game gold per person. The crew gains experience in each battle and gradually builds up their skill.
After choosing a crew, click "Buy" again. After that, the tank will appear in the hangar if you have a free slot (space for the tank). The slot can be bought for in-game gold, it is purchased for real money. You can free up an occupied slot by selling the tank that occupies it.
Going into the first battle on a new tank, do not forget to buy shells for it. You can buy them by clicking on the "Equipment" button under the tank image.
