The computer game The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim of the RPG genre is one of the most popular in the world. Despite the fact that it was published back in 2011, the number of its fans is still growing. Not the least role in this is played by the openness of the game world and the nonlinearity of the plot, which allows everyone to find something to their liking: there you can even get married and buy real estate.
Skyrim doesn't require players to follow the main storyline, and this compares favorably with many other role-playing games. In principle, the player may not complete the tasks related to the main plot at all, instead doing other things: strengthening the authority in the assassins guild, hunting giants and dragons, enriching or investing in real estate.
Inexpensive houses
In total, you can buy five houses in the game, located in the largest cities of the country. The first of them is called "House of Warm Winds", it is located in Whiterun, where the main storyline leads the hero. The character gets the right to purchase this house worth 5000 septims after completing the "Windy Peak" quest. The house is quite cozy, especially after all the improvements that cost another 1,800 septims.
You will have to pay a little more for houses in the cities of Markarth and Riften. Each of the buildings costs 8000 septims, but it will take some effort to earn the right to purchase them. So, in Riften it will be necessary to provide services to several residents and stop drug trafficking, as well as fulfill the Jarl's order regarding the bandits. As for Markart, housing can only be purchased here if you are at least level 20. In addition, special services will be required to the ruler of the city and its inhabitants.
Skyrim luxury real estate
In the northern city of Windhelm, there is the largest house in the game called "Hjerim". To purchase it became possible, your hero will have to go through the side storyline of the Civil War, choosing one of the sides, and also complete the task "Blood on Ice". The house will cost 12 thousand septims, and all improvements - another 8 thousand.
Finally, real estate in the capital - the city of Solitude, as in real life, is the most expensive. Mansion "High Spire", located near the imperial palace, will cost 25,000 septims, and to fully improve it, you will have to spend another 11 thousand. For this money, the player receives a three-story house, which has an alchemical laboratory, an enchantment table, armor racks, several bedrooms and many chests. You can buy the "High Spire" by completing the tasks of the townspeople, the jarl and the ruler of Solitude.
Each of the houses provides its owner with the possibility of safe storage of things and comfortable rest. In addition, some satellites can open a shop there. Also, in addition to real estate acquired by official means, you can get at your disposal the premises of various Skyrim guilds, becoming their head.
