To make an appointment with the tax office via the Internet, you need to go to the official website of this organization and find on the main page the item "Online appointment at the office". After that, the system will offer to read the recording rules and enter personal data, which will be immediately transferred to the server of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. You will need to indicate the type of taxpayer, last name, first name, patronymic, TIN, contact phone number and e-mail address, which will be used to transmit information about the time and date of admission.

The registration is carried out in accordance with the work schedule of the selected tax office and the availability of free time for reception. You can leave a request for an appointment two weeks before the required date, and the appointment ends at 24.00 of the previous day.

Within the framework of one service, the taxpayer has the right to make an appointment only three times within 14 days. You can sign up for more than two services with the same package of documents on the same day, but for different times.

By specifying the exact time, the taxpayer will no longer have to wait in line for a long time - ideally, he will have to be served on schedule. However, if the inspection officer is busy, the beginning of the reception can be postponed to a later time, which should not exceed 30 minutes. But if the taxpayer is more than 10 minutes late, he will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

This service can be used by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals. You can make an appointment for registration, registration, reconciliation of calculations with the budget, reporting and just for consultation with an inspection specialist.

The pilot project of online recording was launched on May 5, 2012 and started in Lipetsk and Volgograd regions. Today it also operates in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Tyumen regions. And by the end of the year it is planned to make it available for all regions of the Russian Federation.
