When you tried to write a letter through Vkontakte, you got the message “The message cannot be sent, because the user added you to the black list”, but do you really need to contact a person? There are several ways to reach out to a user who ignored you.
Instructions
Step 1
Create a new Vkontakte account. To do this, you will need another mobile phone number and a mailbox that is not tied to the site - according to the Vkontakte rules, you cannot have two accounts. Log out on the site and click the "Register" button. You will have to enter your first and last name, gender, school where you studied and university (you can skip these steps if you are going to use the new account only to write a letter), then click "Complete registration". Enter your mobile phone number along with the code. You will receive a four-digit code in an SMS message. By entering the received code, you can become a new user and write a message. Of course, you have no guarantee that your new account will not be blacklisted as well.
Step 2
In order to remove yourself from the user's blacklist, you need to make sure that the person goes to the address https://vk.com/settings.php?act=delFromBlackList&id=***, where *** is your id (you you can find it by going to your page and looking at the address bar). For example, you can persuade a friend to send him this link. After the user of the site passes through it, he will automatically remove you from the black list, and you can write to him. However, there is a nuance: he will notice that he has unbanned you, and, if desired, can deny you access to his page back.
Step 3
In a similar way, you can exit the black list of the group " In contact with ". Just send the administrator the link https://vk.com/groups.php?act=unban&gid=***&id=###, where *** will be the group id (you can also see it in the address bar, being on the group page, and ### is your id The administrator will also receive a notification that he has removed the user from the ban list, but if there are a lot of people on the black list, you are unlikely to be identified and banned again.
