Fortunately, there are plenty of resources on the Internet where you can store and transfer files. Briefly, their action can be described as follows - these are some virtual disks where you can upload your documents, photos, MP3 files, and so on, and send a link to them to your friends and colleagues. The most famous of these resources: "Yandex. Narod", skydrive.live.com, https://www.ifolder.ru/ and others.
Step 2
In order to transfer files to Yandex. Narod, it is enough to have an account in Yandex. Mail. If you don't have it, just register - you can do this from the main page www.yandex.ru by following the link "Create a mailbox" on the left side of the page, under the window for entering your login and password. The link to the "People" resource is located on the main page of "Yandex" in the lower left part. Also, this resource can be accessed via the direct link https://narod.yandex.ru. The files can be downloaded directly from this page. Click on the "Select a file" button on the right side of the page, in the browser window that opens, select the file you need and click the "Open" button. After downloading, a page will open containing the name of the downloaded file and a window entitled "Link to this file". Send this link and your recipient will be able to download the file you posted.

Skydrive.live.com also requires registration, except for users with a Windows Live ID, which is also used by Hotmail, Messenger, or Xbox Live. If you do not have an identifier, register by clicking on the "Register" button on the main page of the resource and using your email address. After registration, logging into the system, click on the "Add files" link in the second line from the top and in the browser window that opens, select the file you need. After the file is uploaded, click on it to open it, and in the top menu select "Allow Sharing". From here you can send a message directly, or by choosing the "Get Link" menu item, send a link to the file from any of your other email addresses, or post it on your blog or website on the Internet. Keep in mind, however, that your recipient will need to be signed in to Skydrive to access the file.

The easiest way is to place files on the resource https://www.ifolder.ru/. You don't need to register here - just click on the "Browse" button under the "Upload file" line on the main page, select the file and click on the "upload" button. After that, you will need to enter the check digits and (optionally) a description of the file; also on this page you can close the file with a password. Then click on the "Confirm" button. A page with information about your uploaded file will open, where a link for downloading it will also be given. Send this link to your addressee. If you closed the file with a password, provide the recipient with this password as well.
