Step 1
Log in to your VKontakte account at vk.com, enter your password and login on the main page. Here you can also register a new account if you do not have one.

Click the "My Videos" menu, in the window that opens in the upper right corner there will be an inscription "Add video".

In the new window, you can choose to add a video using a link from other sites, add already posted videos from the search, or add your own by specifying a title and description. Then click "Select file" or "standard bootloader". Specify the required video file in *. AVI, *.3GP, *. MP4, *. MPEG, *. MOV, *. WMV or *. FLV formats. Wait for the video to load. The download speed depends on the speed of your internet connection.
Step 4
If you have added a video from another site (for example RuTube.ru), you will not be able to tag your friends on it. This option is only available on videos uploaded through your social media account.
Step 5
"VKontakte" is developing quite dynamically, and at different times various scripts were written that allow you to mark all your friends on the video at once. At the moment, namely in April 2012, an example of such a script for VKontakte has not been found on the Internet. This means that you will have to mark all your friends yourself using the corresponding “Mark” item.
Step 6
The Select Users window appears. The names of your friends will be written in it, next to the names there is a + sign. Click it opposite each of the users, then click "Save". If you do not want to tag someone, before clicking "Save", find the name of the unwanted user and check the X next to it.
