How to make IP-telephony calls?
To make calls via IP-telephony, no additional software is required. The user only needs a touch-tone telephone. An IP telephony call is almost the same as a regular call. The user just needs to dial the landline phone number, and then switch the phone to tone mode. Depending on the device model, you need to press the "*" or "Tone" key. After the phone will work in this mode, you need to enter the pin code. If the user does not have a pin code, then it is required to enter the "Individual code" and press "#".
As a result, the user must wait for a response directly from the system itself and dial the subscriber's number within 25 seconds. A call within Russia or Kazakhstan is made as follows: 8- (city code) - (called subscriber's number), and then "#". For an international call, dial: 8- (10) - (country code) - (area code) - (subscriber's number), and then "#".
After one of the above commands is executed, the user will connect to the other subscriber via IP-telephony. Immediately after the end of the conversation with the subscriber, a specific amount spent on the conversation will be debited. The total amount is billed according to the tariff of the company with which the corresponding agreement was concluded.
