Home Internet from Beeline has many adherents, but there are also those customers who are not satisfied with the quality of services or their cost. In the latter case, it makes sense to change the provider and turn off the Beeline home Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
You can disconnect your home Internet Beeline at any time. To do this, you must refuse all services under the contract and terminate it completely. You will have to write a written statement to the operator. This can be done in any office of the Beeline company convenient for you.
Step 2
By terminating the contract, you have the right to receive back the unused funds remaining in your personal account. To do this, in the application, you must indicate the details of your bank account or the phone number of the Beeline subscriber to which you want to transfer your money. Please note that cash is not issued from the account at the Beeline office.
Step 3
If the balance of your personal account is insignificant or equal to zero, you may not terminate the contract with the operator, but simply stop paying for Beeline home Internet services. If by the time the next advance payment is made, there is not an insufficient amount of funds in your account, the service will be temporarily suspended until the account is replenished. If, within 6 months, the provision of services is not renewed, the contract is automatically considered terminated by the subscriber, the operator's obligations are terminated, and the client's account is deleted from the Beeline system.
Step 4
If you used the "Deferred Payment" service, and there is a debt on your account, before you turn off the Beeline home Internet in the described way, pay off the debt in full.
