Banners blocking access to the operating system have become a real grief for many Internet users. They do not cause serious damage to the system and other elements of the computer, but at the same time do not make it possible to use the computer until they are removed. Fortunately, leading antivirus software vendors are helping us fight banner viruses.
It is necessary
- access to the Internet
- Windows installation disc
Instructions
Step 1
One of the easiest ways to deactivate a banner is to enter the required code. Strange as it may seem, but by replenishing the balance of a cybercriminal's mobile phone, you are unlikely to receive the coveted code. It can be found on the websites of the anti-virus manufacturers Kaspersky and Dr. Web. To do this, follow one of the links below and enter the message text in the special fields: https://www.drweb.com/unlocker/index/ - Dr. Web
support.kaspersky.com/viruses/deblocker - Kaspersky
Step 2
If for some reason you could not enter the correct code, or you do not have access to the Internet, then you can use the startup restore. Insert the Windows 7 installation disc and start the system installation. In the third window, go to the "Advanced Options" menu and select the "Startup Repair" line. The system will automatically remove the banner from the list of programs to be loaded.
Step 3
If you had Windows XP installed, then use the recovery disc. In the same way, start the installation of the operating system, the only difference is that you select "repair", not "install". Select a restore point and start the system rollback process.
