The wall on the Vkontakte website is one of the most active elements of the social network. You can put music, photos or videos on it. How to avoid the hassle of adding pictures or photos to a friend's wall?

Step 1
The fact is that the site service provides a special option for uploading photos to the wall. Also, to solve such problems, third-party programs are used that facilitate the procedure for adding objects. To post a photo on the wall in Vkontakte, you first need to have it on your computer. You can download an image from the Internet only as a link, but in this case, the image will not be displayed.

So, left-click in the wall field, which is intended for entering messages.

Two buttons will appear at the bottom: "Attach" and "Send". You need the first one. Click on it and in the drop-down menu select the "Photo" tab.
Step 4
A window with a "Browse" button and the inscription "Upload a new photo" appeared in front of you. Click on "Browse".
Step 5
In the pop-up standard Windows window with a directory of folders and files, select the image file you need. Even if your picture is very heavy, don't worry. The photo will be automatically compressed for easier viewing.
Step 6
After that, an example of a picture in the form of a thumbnail will appear on the wall. Make sure that this is the image you want to publish and confirm the submission with the "Submit" button. The picture will appear on the wall in miniature form. It can be viewed in full size in a separate window by clicking on the picture.
Step 7
If the picture is not the one that you planned to put on the wall, move the mouse cursor over the cross on the right side of the image (at this moment the inscription "do not attach" will be displayed) and click on it. Repeat the procedure with the file selection from the beginning.
In the same way, you can add and remove music and video files from the wall. There are also special programs for adding media objects to the Vkontakte wall.
