If you use the iPhone as a full-fledged communicator, then the ability to quickly turn off (and, if necessary, turn on) the Internet will come in handy. Unfortunately, our desires do not always coincide with what the iPhone is going to do on the Internet, so be prepared to fight unauthorized connections.
Instructions
Step 1
Why turn off the Internet on the iPhone? Many owners of this device are faced with the uncontrolled access of their pet to the network. This can happen while using various programs (weather servers, mail, navigator), which need to go to the World Wide Web to receive data.
Step 2
Almost all programs installed on the iPhone are constantly looking for and downloading updates from the Internet. In addition, new advertisements are constantly loaded into the running programs. All this leads to a loss of energy (the battery runs out) and money.
Step 3
Some parents encourage their children to love modern devices. So the iPhone can end up in the hands of the smallest family members. To avoid unpleasant consequences, always turn off the Internet on iPhone when giving it to children.
Step 4
To turn off the Internet, go to "Settings" / Settings, find the item "General" / General, then select "Network" / Network. Disable Cellular Data by pressing the power button. To reconnect the Internet, press the button again.
Step 5
Don't forget that your iPhone can connect to a Wi-Fi network, which, even if it's free, does not cancel out the costs of purchasing various programs and games. To disable Wi-Fi go to "Settings" / Settings, "General" / General, "Network" / Network. Next, in the Wi-Fi item, press the power button. Pressing it again will return to the Wi-Fi network.
Step 6
You can change the Internet settings in "Settings" / Settings, "General" / General, "Network" / Network, "Cellular data network" / Cellular Data Network. If you completely delete all or some of the settings, then the Internet will also not be connected. It is enough to add one extra character, for example, to the APN line, and access to the network will become impossible. The complexity of this method lies in the need to remember the changes made.
