Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Disable GPRS on your MTS tariff plan by sending an SMS message with the text “21220 to the short number 111, or by using the USSD command * 111 * 17 #.
Step 8
To disable the GPRS service, log in to your personal account of the MTS Internet Assistant https://ihelper.nw.mts.ru/selfcare/logon.aspx. To assign a password to enter the system, send the USSD command * 111 * 25 # from your phone or call 1115.
Step 9
Go from the main page of your personal account to the section "Tariffs, services and discounts -" Service management. Find the connected GPRS services in the list. Click on the link “Disable. On the page that opens, confirm your intention to deactivate the service.
