If you want to access apps or music from the App Store, you need to register with that store by obtaining an Apple ID. The registration process will not take you much time.
Sign in to the App Store
To register in the App Store, launch the iTunes program (you can download it for free on the Apple website). On the control panel of the program, located at the top of its window, go to the App Store link. To register with this store and get your Apple ID, you need to try to download one of the free apps. Go to the Top Charts tab, find any application in the list of programs marked Free and try to download it.
Access to the registration form
You will be prompted to log in to the appstore. Click the Create Apple ID button in the lower left corner of the window that opens. In the Welcome to the iTunes Store window, click the Continue button. Read the App Store terms and conditions of use, check the box to indicate agreement, and click Agree.

You will see the Provide Apple ID Details data entry window. Please enter a valid email address. If necessary, you can enter a secondary email address in case you lose access to the primary email address. You also need to enter a password to access your account. In the next window, enter a verification question, you will need it if you forget your password. Also enter your date of birth.
Be sure to indicate a real email address, an email will be sent to it with a link to activate your account.
Payment method
On the Provide Payment Method page, select the None payment method. Here you need to enter information about yourself (name and your address).
To gain access to paid programs and music, you need to select the type of bank card or electronic payment system and enter the required data.
Completion of registration
After you finish entering your registration data, you will be taken to the account verification page. Here you will see a message that an email has been sent to your email with a link to activate your account. Follow the Verify Now link in the letter, in the window that opens, log in to the store using the Apple ID you received and click the Return to Store button. A window will open with a message about the successful completion of registration. By clicking the Start Shopping button in the iTunes, you will be taken to the store, where you can download the applications and music available to you.
