2. In a family of two Sims, you can literally make money out of thin air. Improve the skill of playing any musical instrument a little. Then select a musician sim, click on a musical instrument and select "Play for Money." The second Sim living on this site, click on the jar to collect change, donate the required amount. It is better to put the maximum at once. At the same time, money is not debited from the family's account, and when the sim finishes playing the violin or guitar, the money "put" in the bank will be added to the family's budget.
Method 3. Profitable business
Building a profitable business in a short time (with The Sims 2 Business Expansion Pack) isn't easy, but it's possible. First, decide whether your business will be open at home or in the city. At home, you can take a free moment and send your Sim to have a snack or a nap, while in the city there are more types of commerce available, for example, a restaurant. Do not forget that you will have to travel to the public lot quite often, and this forces the player to spend a lot of time watching the blue loading screen.
To make money on your own business, buy a small plot where you build a tiny house. Keep furniture to a minimum: stove, refrigerator, shower, toilet and bed. Start a home business by placing objects for it right on the street. If you wish, you can build one large business room with the cheapest floors and the cheapest wallpaper. It is important to understand which business will bring you the required amount as quickly as possible. At first, there are not many clients, and therefore it is not profitable to open a beauty salon or something like that. Better to equip the store. The higher the cost of a product, the more expensive you can sell it. However, at first, it is better to buy inexpensive goods in the shopping mode and put them on the shelves. Pictures and figurines, as well as household appliances, are perfect. After installing the cash register and the open / closed sign, open the doors to customers. The higher your business rating, the fewer cheap products there should be on the shelves.
