Going to the above page, select the menu item "Request for information about credit bureaus".

Go to the "subject" sub-item.

Fill out the form that appears, indicating all the necessary, reliable data, including the code of the subject of the credit history, as well as the email address to which a reply letter with your credit history will be sent.

Wait for the result (your credit history), which will be sent to you within 24 hours by e-mail.
