Step 1

Step 2
Find out the address of the nearest sales and customer service point of OJSC North-West Telecom (NWTelecom). This can be done by going to the Avangard website and clicking the Contacts tab. Make sure the region is selected correctly.
Step 3
If you are a subscriber for whom a service agreement has been drawn up, take your passport and agreement with you. Please contact Sales and Customer Service in person with a written statement at least 5 days prior to the expected shutdown date.
Step 4
Expect a call from a specialist to agree on the date of the visit. At the specified time, an employee of the company must come to you, take the necessary measures to disable the service, as well as dismantle the necessary equipment and accept it according to the acceptance / delivery certificate. The service is disconnected.
Step 5
The next day, check if the service was completely disconnected. This can be done by calling 09. Write down the number and name of the operator. They will either say that everything is in order, or that the shutdown will occur within a certain time. Until the telephone 09 confirms the complete disconnection from the services of "Avangard", you will be charged with money.
Step 6
If the subscriber cannot personally appear at the customer service office, then it is necessary to receive a signed power of attorney from him, certified according to the rules of the law; copy of your passport. The person for whom the power of attorney has been issued is also required to provide his / her passport.
