E-mail is the oldest method of communication on the Internet. To this day, email boxes remain the repository of personal information and important data that we need. On many sites, they are used as the primary identifier for the account owner. If you suspect that someone is using your mail without your knowledge, then you should delete the password from the mail and put a new one.
Instructions
Step 1
In case your password remains the same as it was, enter your mail. In the mailbox menu, go to the security settings and find the "change password" link. Delete the old password and replace it with one that you think is more secure. Log out of the mail and check your new password. For greater security, you can change the password this way again.
Step 2
In case you cannot go to the mail, or do not remember the password, select the password recovery according to the secret question that you specified during registration. In this case, you need to indicate the answer to it, and accurate to the sign. As soon as you enter the correct answer, you can use your mail again, knowing your new password. After you restore access to your mail, change the security question to a more difficult one in order to prevent possible hacking.

If none of the above methods helps, contact your mailbox administrator. Carefully follow all instructions that you receive from him, and, if necessary, provide all the requested data, up to passport scans.
