Although e-mail correspondence is inferior in speed to instant messengers and chats, it still works faster than the exchange of parcels and letters in real mail. In addition, it is much easier in e-mail than in chat to exchange files, especially large ones. Send such a file to a friend in a reply email.
Necessary
Computer with internet connection
Instructions
Step 1
Log in to the website of the mail service and enter your mailbox. Select the letter by clicking on it once or twice with the left mouse button.
Step 2
Find the "Reply" command among the tabs above the letter. Often its symbol is located next to it - an arrow to the left (that is, back). Click on it.
A field will appear on the new page with the default subject line (usually “Re: subject of received email”). You can change the name of the topic as you like.
Below the field with the subject will be something else, with the text of the original message. As a rule, you are supposed to write your own message above it. If the text of the received letter bothers you, delete it by selecting it and pressing the “Delete” button. Enter your own message.
If you want to attach a file, scroll to the end of the answer field and click the Attach Files (or Attach Files) button.
Step 3
The quick reply button is located not only above the message, but also below it. Scroll to the bottom of the letter and find the "Reply" command. The activated field (under the received letter) will contain the text of the received message. Leave or delete it as you wish, enter your own message. You can attach a file by clicking the "Attach files" command under the recipient's address. The ability to edit the theme is excluded.
