Allowing the connection of another computer to the user's computer is carried out using the Remote Access function of the Microsoft Windows operating system. Changing the parameters of this function can be performed using standard OS tools and does not require the involvement of additional software.
Instructions
Step 1
Call the main menu of the Microsoft Windows operating system by clicking the "Start" button and call the context menu of the "Computer" object by clicking the right mouse button to perform the operation of allowing connection to the local computer.
Step 2
Expand the "Properties" link and select the "Configure remote access" item in the left part of the program window.
Step 3
Expand the "Properties" link and select the "Configure remote access" item in the left part of the program window.

Check the box next to "Allow connections from computers with any version of Remote Desktop" to allow the connection to be established using the RemoteApp tool, or if the version of the Remote Desktop in use cannot be determined, or select the option "Only allow connections from Remote Desktop computers with network authentication »To use the most secure Remote Desktop connection. Using the latter option assumes that the Pluggable version of Remote Desktop supports Network Level Authentication (NLA) and is used on systems running Windows 7.
Step 5
Return to the main Start menu and enter “Remote Desktop Connection” in the search bar to perform the procedure for determining the version of the Remote Desktop with verification at the network level.
Step 6
Press the Enter softkey to confirm the search and select Remote Desktop Connection in the search results.
Step 7
Call the service menu of the remote desktop icon in the upper left part of the dialog box with a mouse click and select the "Remote Desktop Connection" item.

Use the About command to obtain confirmation that network-level authentication is supported."
