Step 1

Step 2
After you have downloaded the program, you need to install it on your computer. To do this, open the installation file, select the local drive on which to install Skype and click the button that is responsible for starting the installation.

After adding the required user to the list of contacts, wait for his authorization confirmation. From now on, this user will be displayed on the left in the list of all contacts. To use the video link for free, click on this contact. A window with the personal data of this person will appear in front of you. A little below you will see the "Video Call" button. Click on it and wait for a response.
