Keywords are phrases by which people find an article or an entire resource in search engines. They give an idea of the basic concepts, the main points in a particular text. All words or phrases for which the site is optimized are called its semantic core. Correct inclusion of these phrases allows you to promote the site for certain queries, and therefore make it more popular for users.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose the right keywords for your site. Find the frequency of queries for each keyword in the search engines. It is necessary to take into service both high-frequency requests, which are the most popular, and rare requests, which are called medium and low-frequency requests. You can choose keywords from each group of queries, it all depends only on the specifics of the site. It should be remembered that for each key on the site there must be relevant information.
Step 2
Insert keywords without focusing on them. It is not so important on what topic the information provided will be. The main thing is to choose the right keys and insert them harmoniously into the text. Remember that articles designed to promote your site should be perceived by search robots, but not alienate readers. The more direct occurrences of keywords in the text, the higher the site will be in the list of the most popular ones.
Step 3
Insert direct occurrences of key phrases in both the article heading and the first level heading. Robots instantly react to such phrases and rate the page as more relevant. Accordingly, the site will be in the list of the most popular. Remember that there are also indirect occurrences, which are the same keys, but changed in case, number, or word order. Insert them into the text too, but in an arbitrary place.
Step 4
Highlight keys in bold and use as image captions. This increases the maximum number of uses of these words, moreover, it will not be so noticeable for the reader, but obvious for robots.
Step 5
Consider how many times to insert keywords. The text should be easy to read and carry information relevant to the request. Pay attention to such a concept as keyword density, which implies the ratio of the total number of keys to the total number of words in the text. When promoting your site to the top 30 or 10, insert 3 or 4 keys for every 1000 characters of informative text. Since a well-written article, especially if low-frequency queries are used in it, will easily move the site into the ranks of the visited ones.
