If you have created your account in Rambler-Mail, sooner or later you will need to check for new letters or send someone an e-mail message. To do this, you will need to enter your mailbox. If you remember your username and password, you will have no problems logging into the system. If you forgot your password, you will have to restore access to Rambler services.
Instructions
Step 1
Enter the main page of "Rambler" or the start page of "Rambler-Mail" - for this, enter the URL https://mail.rambler.ru in the address bar of your browser. Enter your username and password in the login form fields. Select from the drop-down list the domain on which you registered your mailbox: rambler.ru, lenta.ru, ro.ru, etc.
Step 2
Check the box next to "Remember me" if you enter your mail from a computer that no one else has access to. After that, you will be able to get into your mailbox on Rambler, bypassing the authorization procedure. If you want to check mail from someone else's or public computer, it is better to clear this checkbox.
Step 3
Click on the "Login to mail" button. If you entered your username and password correctly, you will be taken to your mailbox. If the system reports an authorization error, please try again. Check the domain name, keyboard layout, and if the Caps Lock key is pressed.
Step 4
Recover access to your mailbox if you forgot the password you set. To do this, on the Rambler-Mail login page, click on the appropriate link.
Step 5
Enter in the form fields the address of the mailbox to which you are restoring access, and the verification code - CAPTCHA. On the next page, write the answer to the security question that you provided when registering your account. If you answered the question correctly, the system will prompt you to set a new login password. Enter a new password and then log in with it on the Rambler-Mail start page.
Step 6
Install the Rambler-Assistant panel in your browser. To do this, download the appropriate version of the program from the page https://assist.rambler.ru/firefox/. At the time of this writing - December 2011 - there were versions of the assistant for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Restart your browser after finishing the installation process.
Step 7
Click on the "Rambler-Assistant" panel on the "Login" button to log in to the system. Enter your login and password from the Rambler-Mail box in the window that appears. Don't forget to select the domain you want. Click on the OK button.
Step 8
Click on the button with a drawn envelope on the Rambler-Assistant panel - you will automatically be taken to your inbox in your inbox. If you click on the triangle next to the envelope, you can go to the page for sending letters or to your address book.
