The easiest way to find out where the site is on a search query is to simply enter it into Yandex by keywords. However, if the site is still far from the first places, you will have to flip through a large number of pages of query results. This is quite tedious and time-consuming. To solve this problem, you can use a site analysis program such as Site Auditor.

Step 1
Download Site Auditor software. Install Site Auditor on your computer and run this program allowing it to allocate storage space.
Step 2
First, carry out a quick analysis of the main indicators of the site. To do this, in the "Express Analysis" tab, enter the address of the site under investigation and click the "Check" button. The program will start collecting and processing data and display the result.
Step 3
This result will contain information about the investigated site:
- ranking (Page Rank from Google, Yandex citation indices - TCI),
- the number of pages indexed by search engines (Yandex, Google, Rambler, Yahoo, Aport), - the number of links to your site in the search engines Yandex, Yahoo, Google, - site availability in different directories (Rambler's Top100, Yandex, Rambler, DMOZ, Aport), etc.
Step 4
If you do not need to collect any data, in the settings window exclude unnecessary data in the tab on the "Data source" tab. To do this, uncheck the boxes next to the indicators that interest you. This will speed up the collection of information.
Step 5
After completing the express analysis, open the "Site visibility" tab to determine the site's positions for various queries in the search engines Yandex, Google and Rambler. To compile a list of requests, click on the "Edit list of requests" icon at the bottom of the tab - the button to go to the zone for adding phrases.
Step 6
Enter the required requests in the "Check request" window and copy the resulting list to the "Site visibility" section by clicking on the arrow icon to the right of the window with the entered requests.
Step 7
Make the necessary settings before collecting information. In order to check positions in the Yandex search engine, you need to register in it (register your IP address). To do this, select the Yandex. XML tab and enter your password and Yandex username. Then click on "Registration". You will soon be prompted to register your IP address.
Step 8
To check the positions on the search engines Google, Yandex and Rambler, the necessary checkboxes must be marked. Now start collecting information by clicking "Check". The program will collect data and show where the site is for the selected queries.
