Instructions

Step 1

After installing several programs that significantly take up the system resources of the computer, a problem arose, the essence of which was the loss of the connection to the Internet. The internal ipconfig command is used to test the connection. To start it, you need to call the command line.

Step 2

Press the key combination Win (window) + R. In the window that opens, enter the cmd command and click the "OK" button. In the command prompt window that opens, enter the ipconfig command and press the Enter key. If among the results there is a row with the value 0.0.0.0, therefore, you are faced with a similar problem.

Step 3

To quickly solve the problem, go to the "System Control Center", turn off the network completely, and then turn it on again (restart). After downloading the connection, you will find that the Internet is present on your computer. But as soon as you unplug the Ethernet cable from the NIC port, the connection will disappear immediately. Restarting the network all the time is not the optimal solution to the problem.

Step 4

There is a more radical way - to disable the bonjour component. What is this component and where did it come from? Its appearance is not accidental, the hero of the occasion is a software package from Adobe. In particular, bonjour belongs to the software Photoshop. As you already understood, simple removal of this application will not solve all problems, so it must be deactivated.

Step 5

Log in as an administrator: right-click on the "command line" icon in Start and select "Run as administrator".

Step 6

In the window that opens, enter the mDNSResponder –remove command and press the Enter key. Then go to C: / Program Files / Bonjour and rename the mDNSResponder.exe and mdnsnsp.dll files, for example 123.exe and 123.dll.

Step 7

After the system restarts, delete the Bonjour folder from C: / Program Files. At the Windows command prompt, run netsh winsock reset to reset Winsock settings.
