All sites you visit and pages you open are saved in your browser history. But if you do not want them to become available to strangers, or use someone else's computer, knowledge about clearing the recent browser history may be useful to you.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are using the Mozilla Firefox browser, open the Tools menu at the top of the screen. Select "Erase Recent History". In the window that opens, select the lowest item "All". By clicking on the arrow next to the word "Details", make sure that the checkboxes next to the items "Cookies" and "Cash" are checked. Click the "Clear Now" button.
Step 2
If you are using Internet Explorer, first of all close all windows opened in the browser. Select the Tools menu at the top of the screen. Click on the "Internet Options" tab, then on the "General" tab. Find the line "Browsing history" and click the "Delete" button, which is located under this line. In the window that appears, select the items "Temporary Internet files" and "Cookies". Click "Delete" - "OK".
Step 3
If you are using the Opera browser, open the Tools menu at the top of the screen. Select the "Settings" item, in the window that opens, go to the "Advanced" tab. Select History from the list on the left. Then click "Clear All".
Step 4
If you are using the Google Chrome browser, select the Tools menu. In the window that opens, select the "Clear browsing data" item, select the "Clear cache" and "Delete cookies" checkboxes. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
