Instructions
Step 1
Configure desktop settings using the "Properties" item. Right-click on the mouse, this will bring you to the context menu for setting screen properties. Please note that the "Display Properties" window is divided into several tabs. The tabs are arranged as follows: "Themes", "Desktop", "Screensaver", "Appearance", "Options".
Step 2
Click the "Desktop" tab. Choose a wallpaper that matches your mood here. Use your drawing as a background. Go to the folder with the desktop wallpaper using the "Browse" button. Click on "Customize Desktop". Specify the shortcuts to be displayed on your computer. Check the required label. Take the shortcuts "My Documents", "Internet", "Network Neighborhood". Using the appropriate shortcut, you can access the Internet from your desktop without going to the Start menu. You can change the icons of the standard shortcuts. Just choose another smiley from the list provided.
Step 3
Pay attention to the "Web" tab. Use this menu item to set a web page to the desktop. Type in your favorite site manually or select a page through the "Browse" item from the selected elements of your browser. Set the default Internet Explorera home page. You will display the page content with the desktop background. A panel with page control buttons will pop up at the top of the monitor on mouse hover. Customize the web page to your liking, for this use the panel that will pop up when you hover the mouse on the left side of the monitor. Open the menu and sync the web page with the site itself. Configure the automatic update schedule through the "Properties" item. Using the described customization options, you will see news, the latest weather forecasts, anecdotes, and exchange rates on your desktop.
