Instructions

Step 1

Call the main menu of the Windows system by clicking the "Start" button and go to the "All Programs" section. Launch your browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the text field of the address bar to log into the web interface of the modem.

Step 2

Enter the value admin sequentially in both fields of the dialog box that opens ("Username" and "Password") and enter the web interface of the router by clicking the "Login" button. Specify the desired value for the new password in the new dialog box and apply the changes by clicking the "Save" button. Re-enter the admin values combined with the new password in the next dialog box and expand the Firewall menu on the left side of the application window.

Step 3

Select the "Virtual Servers" item and use the "Add" button located under the server catalog table. Do not change the value in the "Template" field and enter any desired value in Latin letters in the "Name" field. Specify the device to be port forwarded in the "Interface" field and select the required protocol in the drop-down list of the "Protocol" line.

Step 4

Select the port of receiving the request in the "External port (start) and" External port (end) "fields and enter the forwarding number of the received request in the" Internal port (start) "and" Internal port (end) lines ". Enter the value of the IP address of the interface to be port forwarded in the "Internal IP" line and save the created rule by clicking the "Change" button.

Step 5

Confirm the application of the changes made by clicking the "Save" button in the upper right part of the "Firewall / Virtual Servers" window or create a second rule using the method described above, indicating different interfaces for forwarding a single port for the Internet connection and the local network.

Step 6

Use the same procedure in any other router, taking into account the functional differences of the model.
