The procedure for sending a fax over the Internet is the same for the entire world, and for fax programs, the user's location does not matter. Therefore, the features of sending a fax from Ukraine are determined by the capabilities of a specific program used for these purposes.

- - a program or service for the transmission of facsimile messages;
- - fax recipient number;
- - text or file for transfer.
Instructions
Step 1
Select a fax sending program, if it is not already installed on your computer, or a service that allows you to do this without installing software. Among the cardinal differences between different programs, one can single out a list of countries to which it is possible to send a fax free of charge (there are programs and services that work only on a paid basis) and the ability to attach a message as a file. There are programs and services where you can do this; is where it is impossible. The second option is not suitable if you need to fax a document certified by a signature, a seal, which could be attached as a scanned copy.
Step 2
Install and run the selected program or open the service page of your preference.
Step 3
Select the country to which you want to send the fax from the drop-down menu or enter its name or code manually, depending on the interface of a particular program or service. This must also be done if the recipient is also in Ukraine. The Ukraine code for international calls is 38.
Step 4
Enter the recipient's fax number with area code in the field provided.
Step 5
Enter your information in the fields provided for it. This can be your name, address, company name, email.
Step 6
Paste the text of the message into the dedicated field or type directly into it. Or attach a file intended for fax transmission, if the interface of the program or service provides such an option.
Step 7
Click the button with the command to send a fax (in the English version of Send fax).
Step 8
Wait for the notification of the result. The program or service usually informs the user whether the recipient received the fax or not. Re-ship if necessary.
