Step 1
Internet Explorer 8/9. Open the main OS menu "Start" and go to the "Control Panel" section. Start the Internet Options snap-in and select the General tab. Find the "Browsing history" section and click on the "Delete" button. To completely delete the Internet log in the window that appears, tick the boxes "Temporary Internet files", "Log" and "Cookies". If you also want to clear information about profiles and passwords, then check the appropriate boxes. Click the Remove button.
Step 2
Mozilla Firefox. Launch your browser and click on the gear icon. Select the "Tools" menu and follow the link "Erase Recent History". Click on the "Clear" drop-down list and specify the required parameters for deleting the Internet log. Expand the Details window and select the checkboxes for Forms and search history, Visits and downloads history, Cache, and Cookies. Then click the "Clear Now" button.
Step 3
Opera. Click on the browser icon, open the "Settings" drop-down menu and select "Delete personal data". Run the detailed setup, in which specify the required parameters to clear the Internet log, and then click on the "Delete" button

Google Chrome. Launch the browser toolbar. Select the "Tools" item and click on the link "Delete browsing data". In the dialog box that opens, you must specify the time interval, mark the information to be deleted from the Internet log, and click the "Clear history" button.
Step 5
Safari. Open the browser menu and select "History". Click on the "Clear History" tab. A warning appears about the impossibility of recovering deleted information, in which activate the item "Also reset Top Sites" and click the "Clear" button.
