The cache is a kind of "diary" of the browser. Information is updated in it immediately after visiting new pages. And if this does not happen or the "diary" does not look the same as usual, the cache needs to be cleaned.
Instructions
Step 1
The cache memory records information about documents, pages that you viewed on the Internet. If you request data about this document again, the browser will show the contents of the cache. Clear the cache if, when you reopen the document, you see an outdated page that for some reason has not been activated on the server.
Step 2
So, to clear the cache memory of the Mozilla Firefox browser, press the key sequence Ctrl + Shift + Delete. The Delete Recent History tab opens. Select the Clear option and the All tab. Check the box for "cache" and click "Clear now".
Step 3
To clear the cache memory of the Opera browser, press the key sequence Ctrl + F12. In the "Settings" window that opens, on the left panel, select "History", then the "Advanced" tab. Find the "Disk Cache" option and click "Clear". Confirm the operation by clicking "OK".
Step 4
To clear the cache memory of the Google Chrome browser, press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete key sequence. Next, go to the "Clear browsing data" window. Check the box next to "Clear cache". Confirm the actions with the option "Delete information about viewed pages".
Step 5
To clear your Internet Explorer browser cache, open your browser. On the toolbar, find the "Service" option. Select the line "Internet Options". A window will open in which you need to find the "General" tab, and in it the line "Browsing history", then "Delete". The "Delete history" window will open, click "Delete files". In the next window "Delete files", confirm the actions by clicking "Yes".
Step 6
Information about the pages viewed on the Internet is stored on the hard disk of the computer. Clear the cache memory periodically, otherwise the data will take up too much space.
