Since every Internet user prefers to use his favorite Internet browser to surf the World Wide Web, it is worth learning how to change the start page in all popular browsers.
Step 2
If you are using Internet Explorer
At the top of the window, select the "Tools" menu item and go to the "Internet Options" section. In the window that opens in front of you, go to the "General" tab, where in the "Home page" section in an empty field you must enter the address of the page to display it as a start page, for example www.example.ru. Click the "OK" button and your start page has been successfully changed.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox
At the top of the browser window, select the "Tools" menu item and go to the "Settings" section. The settings window will open in front of you. You need to open the "General" tab, where in the "Launch" section you will see a window labeled "Home Page". Enter in this box the address of the site that you want to see on the start page, for example: www.example.ru. Now click on the "OK" button and your start page will be changed.

If you are using Opera
In the upper left corner, click on the "Menu" button, in the drop-down list select the "Settings" section and click on the "Basic settings" inscription. A window with the main browser settings will appear. After selecting the "Basic" tab, in the window with the inscription "Home", enter the address of the site you need for the start page, for example: www.example.ru. Click OK. Your home page is now changed.

If you are using Google Chrome
In the upper right corner, click on the wrench icon, which will bring up a drop-down menu where you need to click on the words "Options". In the window that appears, select the "General" tab, where in the "Home page" section you should put a check mark next to the "Open this page" inscription and in the field that appears next to it, enter the address you need for the start page, for example: www.example.ru. By clicking the "Close" button you will save the settings you have made.
