If you can't log into the mail.ru mailbox because you forgot your login, which, by the way, is also your mailing address, pay attention to the small question mark icon located next to the data entry fields in the main window of the mail program. Moving the mouse over to it, you will see the "Help" tooltip. Follow this link. A new window will open in front of you: "Mail - Frequently Asked Questions and Problems". From the list of various possible problems, select “I forgot my mailbox name. What to do?" and then follow the given algorithm.

Please note that you cannot rename your mailbox, you can only delete the old one and create a new one.

Contact your acquaintances and friends with whom you corresponded if you have forgotten the login (email address) of your e-mail of any mail service. They probably have your correspondence with the sender's address.

If you have forgotten your login to enter the social network "Odnoklassniki", click on the login page the option "Forgot your password or login?". You will be presented with the next page titled "Restoring Access". Here you must enter an email address or phone number in the proposed field, as well as enter the characters shown in the picture to check if you are a spammer.
